Training Tomorrow's Leaders

CD2 - Councilmember Krekorian's Youth Leadership Academy offers young people a unique opportunity to learn directly from department heads about how their work impacts the operations of the City of Los Angeles. Participants receive an education in the issues that face city officials every day, from the condition of neighborhood sidewalks to the ongoing crisis of homelessness.

In this way, the Academy inspires the next generation of leaders.

The Academy is open to all high school students who live in the San Fernando Valley.

To apply, please visit www.paulkrekorian.org/leadership. The deadline is Thursday, April 30.
