MOTION-- As part of the Homeless Roadmap program, the City is developing a Tiny Homes village
on City and State-owned land on Saticoy Street in Council District 2. In order to accommodate the
project, there is a need to close a portion of Saticoy Street to vehicular traffic for the placement of
the Tiny Homes.

I THEREFORE MOVE that the City Engineer be instructed to report with
recommendations to temporarily close Saticoy Street North from 700 feet easterly of Bellaire
Avenue to its easterly terminus for the three-year duration of the Tiny Homes on Saticoy Street
Homeless Roadmap project.
