Morgan Sutton


Morgan Sutton is the Van Nuys and North Hollywood Field Deputy for Councilmember Krekorian’s North Hollywood Field Office. She helps to solve ongoing community concerns and to complete improvement projects, directs constituents to various branches of government and works closely with constituents to provide resources and assistance. Her specialty is addressing "boots on the ground" concerns with city homelessness policies in the district, and she often brings a field perspective to city hall.

Morgan got her start working on local political campaigns prior to joining the Council District 2 team. She interned with Senator Bob Hertzberg’s Field Office conducting research and organizing community events. Morgan thrives on working with community leaders to facilitate improvements in the district.

Morgan grew up in the San Fernando Valley, only leaving to complete her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science at the University of California, Santa Barbara. She returned to her home in the valley where she received her Master’s Degree in Political Science with Distinction at CSUN. One of her many hobbies includes acro-yoga in the park with friends. Morgan currently lives in Woodland Hills with her jazzy terrier.
