LOS ANGELES - Do you have a question about home-sharing and short-term rentals in Los Angeles? Do you want to learn more about the city's new rules for hosts? This October, Los Angeles City Planning Department will be hosting a series information sessions for residents about the City's Home-Sharing Program.

During each session, the department's Home-Sharing Unit will share information on the Home-Sharing Ordinance and cover a wide range of topics including, the registration process, eligibility criteria and required documentation, registration, and enforcement of Home-Sharing in the City of Los Angeles, which will begin on November 1.

To participate in the city's Home-Sharing Program, all hosts are required to register online and have their registration number or pending registration number listed on their respective short-term rental listing prior to the enforcement date.
