MOTION-- I MOVE that the Council REQUEST that the City Attorney draft an emergency
ordinance amending LAMC Section 98.0421 and Section 98.0411 to
temporarily waive the Code Violation Inspection Fee (CVIF) and extend the
Non-Compliance Fee (NCF) payment deadline from 30 days to 90 days from
the invoice print date, with a sunset date of September 24th, 2020.
