Cairo Rodriguez is the Field Deputy for Councilmember Paul Krekorian, he is the liaison and advocate between district constituents, City Departments, City Council, County, State and Federal Offices.
He previously served Council President Emeritus Herb Wesson in Council District 10 for 15 years. Cairo was the liaison for the City of Los Angeles, working with multiple Business Improvements Districts, civic groups and community organizations, he interfaced with City and local City residents. He presided over all Bureau of Street Services Special Event Permits and facilitated the procedure for organizations and businesses that applied for Special Events Permits.
Cairo is an Angeleno for over 30 years, he loves taking his children to the LA Zoo and he enjoys playing ping pong with the family. Cairo is a Star Wars and Lakers fan.
